Mollydooker Shake? Don't worry it's not a Wine flavored Milkshake. Sarah and Sparky the creators of one of my favorite wine Mollydooker told us how to properly open and serve their wine...with a little shake. See because Sarah and Sparky want to keep their wine perfect in each bottle it' s preserved and shipped in a special way. When you are ready to serve some Dooker, screw the top off a pour about an ounce in a glass. Then put the top SECURELY back on the bottle and give it a few goods shakes. Sounds a bit strange??? We thought so, but it releases all the great fruit and power in their wines.
